Sarah joined Pluribus in 2019, bringing with her 10 years of theatre experience to embark on a new chapter with the family business. Sarah transitioned from theatre to the DEI field, bringing with her a wealth of leadership, event management, and communication skills. At Pluribus, from her roles as Project & Operations Manager to Operations & Strategy Manager, she has been central in driving transformative change. Sarah has streamlined operations, built high-performing teams, and reimagined how back-office functions align with the company’s vision. By applying her theatre expertise in managing complex projects, budgets, and client relationships, she ensures that every initiative is executed with precision and passion, driving impactful change. Sarah’s passion has always been to support individuals and teams in succeeding within their workplace and showing up authentically. At Pluribus, she is committed to fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures by optimising systems and processes to create more efficient and inclusive environments, empowering individuals and teams to thrive. Over the last two years, Sarah has played a pivotal role in supporting Pluribus’ growth and strategy alongside her mother, Isabelle Pujol. Most recently, she has stepped into an executive leadership role, helping to shape and define the company’s vision, mission, and strategy for the future.

Biography

Nicola is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an International Facilitator and Consultant, specialising in the areas of Inclusive Leadership Development. Over 20 years of international success in leading positive change, both in house as a senior executive in the Energy sector (10 years) and as an independent. Six of these years were focused on building strong commercial/business skills developed in an international arena, including a start-up joint venture in China between BP & Sinopec. For the last 10 years, Nicola has worked as an international facilitator, consultant and coach, providing innovative learning solutions especially in the complex area of Inclusive Leadership. Nicola has been a Senior Associate of Pluribus since 2008 working with clients including Sodexo, Solvay, Cargill, GSK, Unilever, Nestle, Total, HILTI, and Reed Elsevier.
