Isabelle is the Founder and CEO of Pluribus, a global consultancy committed to develop individuals, teams and organisations to succeed through Diversity and Inclusion. Before founding Pluribus in November 2006, Isabelle was one of the pioneering D&I directors in Europe by creating and implementing the first D&I strategy of the BP group in 1998. BP received the Catalyst Award in March 2006 for recognition of its successful global D&I strategy. She was also instrumental in initiating the German Diversity Charter, launched in December 2007.
 
With her cross-cultural team of passionate Inclusion and Diversity consultants, she provides strategic consulting, designs and facilitates conversations with leaders from high performing global organisations to create truly inclusive performing cultures. Her key clients are from various sectors and industries with D&I projects in all continents.  

Isabelle’s strong belief is to focus on Inclusion first! She is determined to play a positive role in the world and is passionate about empowering women and men in fulfilling their full potential by finding their unique leadership journey. Isabelle therefore strongly promotes effective and respectful communication to help individuals and teams reconnect with their inner voice and authenticity.
