Pluribus equips and certifies your internal facilitators by empowering and training them to deliver Pluribus Diversity, Equity & Inclusion modules within your organisation. This ensures a larger number of employees is reached in your own time frame. Through this three-block programme, we offer the know-how and help your internal facilitators build the necessary inclusion skills. This way, your facilitators/change agents are walking the talk and inspire others around them to act; in other words, they become true DE&I ambassadors.
We are enabling your internal inclusion and diversity change agents or champions to advocate and ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is embedded in all work practices. We provide the space for the DE&I Champions to understand and role model inclusive behaviours and build their own DE&I toolkit. The goal of this three-building block programme is to establish the DE&I Champions community within your organisations and empower DE&I Champions as internal change agents.
